The New Carpet



This is me and Trilby on the bed finding a bit of sunshine - but it's all gone now :-( You may remember me telling you that we were going to get a new stair carpet well before things got better they got a lot worse!


This was the staircase at the weekend and we couldn't get into any of the rooms for all the things from the bedrooms that had ended up in the sitting room and the conservatory. But then yesterday the men came and laid a brand new carpet and now the hall and bedrooms look so much brighter!


Here I am posing on the new carpet - I'm having a bit of a bad beard day so you'll have to excuse the less than perfect look!


Just checking there are no crumbs here.


No I think that's just fine - all nice for Christmas and our guests coming on Friday :-)

    Things really do look bright and nice! If I'm not mistaken Schnauzers don't shed too much--a good thing for your new carpet. Any carpet in my house would look like mohair in no time :)
