Fun at the Beach

Last Saturday I went for a trip to a dog friendly beach with Pip and Saoirse. As we live nearly 50 miles from the coast it is not often we get to a beach but our peeps wanted the pups to experience the sand and the sea as part of their 'socialisation' and I went along to keep them right on how to behave off lead :-)

Well it was a grey day but we all had fun and I was kept busy keeping an eye on the little ones.

We did plenty of recalls for treats and that was the best part :-)

Saoirse was not sure about getting her paws wet which I can understand but in the end she managed a bit of shallow paddling.

Here are some more pics of us enjoying the sands.

Maybe one day we will be able to go back when it's a bit more sunny!

  2. We're about 6 hours from a REAL beach, so we're jealous. We would have been digging in that sand!

  5. I bet you guys had an amazing time in the beach. We live very far from the beach. We used to live close to one, but that was a long time ago.

    50 miles... that's quite far.
