Today it snowed - the first time this year and it was Trilby's first sight of snow!
This is one of the trees in our garden laden with the white stuff!
We ran down the garden when we saw it had turned white.
Trilby could hardly believe it - she loved the snow.
She poked her tongue out at Aoife...
and Aoife stuck hers out too - I think they wanted to taste the snow.
Aoife got quite snow covered but she just shook it off.
Poor Trilby had her furnishings full of snowballs when she came in and had to have them showered out with warm water :-(
Your garden looks very pretty.
ReplyDeleteIt's nice to see you dogs enjoying yourselves out in it.
Annie is still waiting for it to appear here!
hehe! stevie loves the snow too! and gets covered in little snowballs...!
ReplyDeleteYeah for snow! We got a little dusting today too :D

Wow ! how I wish we all my furr could experience same snow in this area. Great pictures it seems they have fun.
ReplyDeletehave a nice week !
hugs from my furryplace
Your snow is beautiful! I think Trilby and Aoife were trying to catch snow flakes on their tongues. Trilby must have been so excited. We had temperatures of 15C on the weekend and it melted all of our snow. :(
ReplyDeletewe only had the thinnest covering yesterday and its all melted now, boo hoo, we're back to mud, mud and more mud
ReplyDeleteI cant believe how much snow you had, we only had a light flutter here and Mum was praying that she would wake up to 6ft of the snow so she didnt have to go to work this morning but no such luck!
ReplyDeleteAwww poor Trilby and the snowball feet, thats NEVER nice and the fact that it was her first sight of snow too, how wonderful, it lookios like you all had so much fun playing together in the snow, I too love to catch snowflakes on my toungue and I also like to make puggy snow angels, I roll around in the snow!
Any yelloow snowcones going on? BOL!
Paws crossed for more snow here!
Keep warm everydoggy!
Love, Licks and hugs from your furiend Frank xxxxxx
ugh, that snow stuck to the fur is what i dislike most about the snow. i would like to just shower it off, but i'd be doing that 7-8 times a day and with my two and their water hatred, it'd be a bigger mess. i love your pictures btw, trilby is so adorable i wanna squeeze her!
ReplyDeleteHowdy Mates, gee that snow looks like so much fun but Rory wouldn't like the bath afterwards hehe. It looks funny how the snow sticks/collects on your fur. Does it shake off or does it go kinda hard? See ya soon.
ReplyDeleteNo worries, and love, Stella and Rory
.,Woof Woof., seems you enjoy playing in the snow.,so happy to see you enjoy, Damian also loves snow...have a great day ahead.
ReplyDeleteBlessings,
Heated Dog Bed
Hiya furiends, I can safely say that I will never have snows in my yard.... but at the moment they say we can fry an egg on the pavers!
ReplyDeleteTail Wuggles, Rubie xxx
Sticky Tongue! I wonder why those two stuck their tongue out... LOL, where's the stink eye?
ReplyDeleteBy the way, it seems like forever since we last chatted. I just dropped by to say hi and that we do think of you even when we're not reliable in dropping by.
