Yorkshire Day

Today is Yorkshire Day and this is the Yorkshire flag flying from the flagpole in our village today!

The symbol for Yorkshire is a White Rose

I don't know much about history or flags but the sun has been shining again today so we have been able to enjoy a good time out in the woods this morning and out in the garden after lunch.

Here is Trilby checking out a creepy crawly she's found.

And Crybbe keeping an eye on things :-)

Actually although it looks cloudy it is pretty hot here today and too hot to stay in the garden for long this afternoon. Crybbe came in and found a cool spot in the crate with his giant bone shaped cushion.

and I took the sofa to stretch out a bit.

Just time to say Happy Yorkshire Day before I have a snooze :-)

  8. Same here. Happy Belated Yorkshire day. I love Magic's last picture... It reminds me of a cute fluffy stuffed schnauzer toy I once had... she had a collar with the name Sugar on it.
